This watermelon palmtree was part of the great spread at my uncle Brian’s wedding yesterday.

Here I am at a rest stop on the way across the state, from Orlando to Pensicola.

Here are some simple dialogues of some basic ESL curriculum Maile designed for her classes. They are the result of the first audio challenge aimed at producing audio examples of some basic interactions in English.

I’m in Florida for my uncle’s wedding and bit of vacation. The hotel where we’re staying has a hallway with mirrors on both sides, and I could not resist a photo.

I spent the afternoon walking around Smithsonian exhibits and national momuments with my brother John, his wife Elba, their kids Anna and Kim, and my nephew Joe. Here are Kim, Elba, and Ann.

Jono and I went out to Kevin Ventd’s party lastnight. I got to hang with a few of my homies from highschool church days. We had a great time standing around the fire pit, poking the fire, drinkin’ beer.
