I love that square of light with the trees in it superimposed over me. It looks like multiple exposures, but it ain’t! It’s genius! (Or a complete accident, whichever way you want to look at it. I like to think genius.)

The building in the background of this one is the Watergate hotel. (The one Nixon made famous.)
I don’t think Jono stopped for one red light or stop sign as we wizzed through the rainy DC streets from Georgetown to Capitol Hill. This one captures a bit of how I was feeling with his driving — he was wearing a helmet and I wasn’t!
