The Great Molini

T-bone recorded me playing guitar and singing some of the songs I’ve written with students. Now I’ve added some sort of melancholy background vocals to But My Soul and Song For Andrew and some other effects to Too Much. I like them, but they really aren’t kids songs anymore. Not sure what they are. I’ve never used the comments feature of this blog, but I’d like some feedback, if anybody has any ideas about what to do with these things.

Cousin Bobby and Uncle Louis

Here is the second math song assignment I've done for an educational multimedia production company in the last two weeks. Again, they gave me the lyrics and I produced the song with DJ Bigface, who did the instumental track and a few of the backing voices. This is a hip-hop rap about, you guessed it, angles.

Here is an educational song I produced this past weekend. I was given the lyrics and came up with this song. Thanks to Alex for bass and piano parts and “Mmmm hmmm.” Thanks to DJ Bigface for scratching. I did the whole thing in Garageband. Thanks to Apple for a great program and especially for the great drum sounds. I definately need to get a better multi-track audio editing platform, but Garageband came through like a champ, in a pinch.
